Do I have the right to return a purchased product?
No, but you can sell it back to us.
This is because the prices of investment products are subject to changes in the quotations of the financial markets, over which we have no influence and are entirely outside the control of Golden Reserve.
Products purchased from us cannot be returned back at their purchase price. They can be repurchased by us at the announced purchase prices.
Since the investment products we sell are liquid, you can sell it at any precious metals dealer.
How long will it take for my delivery order to arrive?
Your order can take on average 4-15 business days to arrive.
How can I be sure that your products are authentic?
Our gold bullion bars are 24 carat, ensuring 99.99% pure gold, with 999.9 stamped on each bar to indicate purity.
Larger gold bars (250g, 500g, and 1 kilo) feature unique serial numbers and come with matching certificates. Each bar includes a certificate from the refiner, visible in the image and stated in the description. Unlike some competitors, our bars are brand new and sourced directly from the manufacturer. All brands we stock are approved by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) as “good delivery bars,” meeting stringent quality control standards.
You can find brands like Valcambi, Heraeus, the Perth Mint, and the Royal Mint listed on the LBMA’s website.
Can I pick up my products in person?
For security reasons, physical access to our vaults is not permitted. We do not store products at our offices.
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
All orders placed on GOLD RESERVE are final. Once placed, they can no longer be changed or canceled.
