Delivery times depend on when you placed the order and the payment for it, when paying by bank transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery by a secure (incasso) vehicle is carried out to an secure office, the exact address is subject to an additional agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In all instances, you need to present a valid ID to collect the products. Take into consideration that the client, the payer and the recipient must be the same person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-insurance\"><strong>Insurance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The package is fully insured, and in the extremely unlikely case that the package is lost or damaged, we will re-ship the items or refund your money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-packaging\"><strong>Packaging<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The products are encased in protective wrapping and placed in a discreet, unbranded padded package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-delays\"><strong>Delays<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If a delivery delay occurs or if the ordered product is out of stock, we will always contact you by email or phone to give you details about the delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-limits\"><strong><strong>Limits<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Card payments<\/em> are limited to amounts up to <strong>\u20ac1,500<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Cash on delivery<\/em> payments are limited to amounts up to <strong>\u20ac150<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For security reasons, <strong>Econt delivery<\/strong> for packages with a value exceeding <strong>\u20ac4,000<\/strong> is available <strong>only to an Econt office<\/strong>; in such cases, delivery to the customer\u2019s address is not possible.
